I write to confirm that Armando has worked for me in the role of site supervisor during works to properties I own in London and in Kent. I am a small property developer with several properties in London and Kent within my portfolio and Armando has worked for me on many occasions.

More recently he took the role of site supervisor on a major refurbishment of a site in Ramsgate for me. The property is a large building divided into 3 flats and the basement represented a major challenge in that it had been vacant and derelict for many years.

I was extremely happy with the way Armando managed the project for me and we worked very well together. He is an intelligent man with good all round skills as well as the ability to prioritise works and deal with other trades.
Armando’s work ethic is also very good and there were many occasions when he worked late into the evening and at weekends in order to keep the project on target.
